Shwmae! We’re hiring a Caseworker.

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of older people?  Do you have a natural ability to lead and support others?

We’re looking for a Caseworker to join our team on a part-time basis, working 18.5 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll work with the team in the Ceredigion area and help deliver practical solutions, from home adaptations to advice on income and wellbeing.

Salary: £14k (18.5 hours)
