We’re looking for someone to support our retrofit and decarbonisation projects, helping us deliver greener, more energy-efficient homes for our customers. This role is required to cover maternity leave and is all about great organisation, clear communication, and making sure our processes are effective, compliant, and customer-focused.

You’ll:

• Support the team with retrofit and decarbonisation administration.
• Monitor key performance data to keep us on track.
• Help ensure projects meet Welsh Government and PAS 2035 requirements.
• Work closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver results.

Salary: c£25k (fixed term contract to September 2026)
