We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at ateb. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our property investment strategy, making sure data is collected, validated, and presented accurately to inform key decisions. You’ll support our retrofit and decarbonisation work, contribute to Welsh Housing Quality Standards, and help shape programmes that tackle climate change and fuel poverty.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience working with data in housing or the public sector
• Confidence using systems like Excel, Tableau or Power BI at an advanced level
• A passion for using data to drive better outcomes for people, homes, and communities

This is a retrofit-focused role where your work will directly to support climate action and tackling fuel poverty across West Wales.

Salary: c£40k
