Adaptations Administrator Team Leader

We’re looking for someone organised, steady under pressure, and good with people to lead our Adaptations Administration team at West Wales Care & Repair.

This role is all about helping customers live safely and independently at home. You’ll guide the admin team, support the smooth coordination of adaptations and repairs, and make sure we deliver a reliable, timely service for those who need us most.

You’ll:

• Lead and support the Adaptations Administration team
• Coordinate adaptations, repairs, and security measures with care and accuracy
• Provide advice and guidance to customers contacting the Agency
• Work closely with Technical Officers, caseworkers, contractors and partners
• Keep performance on track so customers get the right outcome at the right time

Salary: c£23k per annum, earn up to c£25k based on annual reviews

Required for 30 hours per week
