Adaptations Administrator

We’re looking for an Adaptations Administrator to join our team at West Wales Care and Repair, and help people live independently and safely in their own homes. This role plays a key part in supporting customers with adaptations, repairs, and practical changes that make everyday life easier.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, offering advice and guidance, helping coordinate work, and making sure jobs are progressing smoothly and within available funding. It’s a role for someone who’s organised, people-focused, and enjoys making a real, practical difference.

 You’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for customers needing support with adaptations and repairs.
• Help coordinate minor and major works with colleagues, contractors, and partners.
• Make sure work is progressed in a timely way and in line with available grants.
• Support compliance with relevant procedures and legislation.

🕒 Required for 30 hours per week

💷 Salary: c£21k, earn earn up to c£22k, based on annual reviews
