We’re looking for a Property Surveyor to join our team and help keep our homes safe, compliant and in good condition across West Wales.

You’ll carry out property inspections and HHSRS assessments, identifying risks, making homes safe where needed, and specifying the right works to put things right. You’ll also oversee contractors and carry out post-inspections to ensure work is completed to the required standard. The role requires a regular presence across Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas, and you’ll be expected to respond to call-outs within 24 hours.

You’ll need:

✔ A property or construction qualification (HNC/HND or higher)
✔ Strong knowledge of construction technology and condition surveys
✔ Experience of WHQS and HHSRS assessments
✔ A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔ Confidence to make sound professional judgements

Membership of CIOB or RICS (or willingness to work towards it) would be great.
