This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for ateb’s maintenance, compliance and property services.

As Head of Property, you’ll lead the delivery of reactive repairs, void works, shared space services and all aspects of landlord compliance. You’ll ensure our homes are safe, well-maintained and fully compliant with legislation, while strengthening systems, processes and long-term asset planning to support smarter investment decisions.

You’ll lead high-performing teams, manage contractor and supply chain performance, and embed a strong “health and safety first” culture across all services. The role requires confident decision-making, clear reporting to senior leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into effective operational delivery that achieves the right outcomes for our customers.

We’re looking for someone with significant operational property experience, strong leadership capability, and a professional qualification or membership (CIH, RICS or similar). Experience managing health and safety compliance at scale is essential.

💷 Salary: £68,000 (Earn up to £74k per annum based on annual performance reviews)
