We’re looking for a Compliance Assistant to support the delivery of landlord health and safety compliance across our homes and buildings.
In this role, you’ll help make sure our systems, records and compliance processes are accurate, up to date, and working effectively. You’ll support the team with performance information, manage service workflows, and help ensure important safety checks such as fire detection and emergency lighting testing are completed and recorded correctly.
You’ll also deal with second-point customer enquiries relating to compliance and maintenance services, making sure customers receive clear information and a great service every time.
We’re looking for someone with experience of working in social housing, who understands landlord health and safety compliance requirements and the importance of maintaining safe homes. Experience of using housing management systems and maintaining accurate databases is essential, along with confidence using Microsoft 365 to manage and report on data.
💷 Salary: c£25,000k
