We’re looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team at ateb and help deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service for our customers across Pembrokeshire.

In this role, you’ll take a multi-skilled approach to property maintenance, carrying out repairs, maintenance works and void property improvements to make sure our homes are safe, compliant and ready for customers. You’ll attend customer appointments, diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard, ensuring a great experience for the people living in our homes.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with building regulations and health and safety requirements.

We’re looking for someone with a construction or property maintenance background, ideally with a Level 2 or 3 construction-related qualification (or equivalent experience). A CSCS or health and safety qualification would be an advantage, and you’ll need a full UK driving licence to carry out the role.

💷 Salary: c£28k - 30k, based on skills
