We’re looking for a Property Services Advisor who can think on their feet, stay organised under pressure, and genuinely care about getting things sorted for people.
You’ll be right at the centre of things - taking calls, logging repairs, coordinating contractors, and making sure issues are followed through to the end. No passing the buck, no loose ends.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Coordinating repair requests from first contact through to completion
• Scheduling safety checks and making sure nothing slips through the net
• Supporting customers with queries, concerns, and the occasional tricky conversation
• Working closely with teams and contractors to keep services running smoothly
Previous experience coordinating or scheduling repairs and routine servicing is desirable.
⏰ Full-time: 37 hours per week (Fixed term for 12 months)
💷 Salary: £25,000 (pay award pending April 2026)
