We’re looking for a Maintenance Inspector to join ateb and help make sure our homes are safe, compliant, and up to the standard our customers expect.

You’ll be out and about, inspecting properties, identifying what needs to be done, and making sure the right work happens at the right time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out property inspections and spotting issues early
• Diagnosing repairs and producing clear schedules of work
• Working with contractors and teams to get jobs done properly
• Managing customer expectations and explaining decisions clearly
• Supporting compliance, including damp and mould inspections

You’ll need to be confident making decisions, organising your own workload, and knowing when something’s not quite right.

💷 Salary: £30K
