As our Supported Housing Manager, you’ll lead services that support people to live independently, safely, and with confidence. You’ll be responsible for making sure those services are well-run, compliant, and focused on what matters most - our customers.
You’ll work closely with your team and partners to keep services running smoothly, while also looking for ways to improve how we deliver. That means managing performance, overseeing budgets, and making sure everything we do meets the right standards and regulations.
It’s a role that balances people, performance, and purpose. You’ll support your team to do their best work, build strong working relationships, and help shape services that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives.
